If you want to make an artwork or a sculpture or an installation please fill in an Art registration form.
Please fill in a Theme Camp registration form if you are creating a space that is open to all participants, offering some kind of activity, performance, service or gift, or for use as a collaborative space.
If you’re creating a performance of any sort please fill in a Performance registration form.
If you’re bringing a Mutant Vehicle to AfrikaBurn please fill in a DMV form.
A copy will automatically be sent to the email address you provided, if your forms have submitted successfully. If you don’t see a copy in your inbox shortly, then we don’t have it either! Chances are you left a question out … you’ll need to try again.
